PRODUCT QUALITY.   We guarantee that products you order from us will be free of defects. In the rare instance that one of our products arrives and is defective, you can notify us within seven days and we will replace any problem merchandise. 

ON-TIME DELIVERY.   Along with your price quote or order, you will receive a commitment as to how many business days your order will take to produce.  This guarantee always depends upon the availability of stock when the order is placed. If stock is no longer available within your required time frame, we will make every effort to find a suitable replacement or credit your charge. 

FAST ORDER PROCESSING.   When your order is in process, we will monitor it to assure it is ready on time and that you are notified of any issues that might arise during production.  If we ship your order, you will be sent tracking  information after your order ships. We will always be available while your order is in process and will respond to any additional requests or questions that may arise.
